IT Helpdesk Enhancements

- Employees and students that call (216) 987-4357 (HELP) and select Technical Support (option 1) now reach a new streamlined phone experience.
- An AI-based agent will ask callers to provide details of their issues and attempt to offer a solution, ask for more information, or transfer to a queue for a live agent.
- Callers should be as specific as possible for the AI-based agent to provide the best response.
- Please note that at any time, callers can request to speak to a live agent, and the AI-based agent will immediately transfer them to a queue for a live agent.
- Please note you also can chat with the Helpdesk using the chat icon at the bottom right corner of this page.
- Anthology's AI features powered by Amazon Connect may contain errors or omissions or generate inaccurate outputs. Please review and validate outputs before use.
- Faculty that call TechNow for classroom support are connected directly to a live agent.
- We will share additional updates as new features are added.
